Texas Emergency Management Conference
Every year the Texas Emergency Management Conference brings the state's emergency management community to Fort Worth. I lead the conference's creative each year, from the identity and illustration system to the stage, the signage, and the photography. This page collects that work, along with the official releases that ran my photos.
One look for 2026
The 2026 system carried the illustrated Texas skyline into Fort Worth: pole banners on the street, wraps at the exhibit hall entry, sponsor banners, and a results graphic for reporting back after the week.
Around Texas, 2025
The 2025 theme took attendees around the state through eight regions, each anchored by a landmark illustration. The illustrations carried the stage, the banners, and the badges, while signage stayed simple on purpose: bright color and loud, contrasting type you can read from across a convention hall.
Every surface, one vision
My work covers everything from large-scale graphics on walls, doors, windows, and columns to materials for the opening session, keynote, awards luncheon, and concert, plus volunteer, staff, and VIP shirts. In 2026, with Dallas and Houston hosting World Cup matches, my leadership asked me to design one-off soccer jerseys and scarves to commemorate the year.
On site, I work alongside vendors and production partners during installation and oversee quality control.
